How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription:

1. Log in to your account. Enter the email address associated with your subscription to receive a 4-digit login code to your email inbox (no username or password is required).
   
   
   
   
2. From your settings dashboard, click "Manage This Subscription" as pictured in the screenshot below to locate the subscription you wish to cancel:
   
   
   
   
3. On the next screen, click the "Cancel Subscription" link at the bottom of the page as pictured in the screenshot below:
   
   
   
4. On the next screen, scroll down and select your cancellation reason as shown in the screenshot below, then  click "Next":
   
   
   
   
5. On the next screen, you will be presented an exclusive offer to keep your subscription active! If you wish to claim your exclusive discount, click "Claim My Discount" -- if you still wish to cancel, scroll down and click "No thanks - cancel subscription" link as pictured below:
   

6. On the next screen, scroll to the bottom of the page, enter feedback (optional) and click the "Confirm cancellation" button as shown in the screenshot below:

7. That's it! Your subscription has been canceled. Please Note: Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal charges from occurring, but any remaining prepaid boxes will still ship.
